Valentine EVO2200 Twin Pan Electric Fryer Restaurant Equipment

From Valentine’s Evolution range, the EVO2200 is heavy duty electric free standing fryer.

With a twin tank capacity of 7-8 litres that has and an output of up to 46kg of chips per hour. Perfect for a wide variety of situation from small gastro pub to the largest hotel as part of a cook line.

The EVO2200 has been designed with heavy use in mind, efficiency with this range comes as standard with the tank design to lengthen oil usage with a cool zone to help separate burnt deposits. This also helps keep the high output rate and quality that Valentine fryers are known for. With the reduction of oil and heat, this makes the EVO2200 one of the most efficient units around.

The pan is constructed out of pressed single stainless steel. Thanks to its smooth and rounded construction, the fryer is much more hygienic and easier to clean than units with welded and fixed joints.

It is also supplied with two baskets, adjustable legs, primary filtration a folding lid and of course storage behind the front door.
