New 2019 Model with FFD ( Flame Failure Device ). This 15kW, 3 burner catering gas barbecue griddle is fabricated from heavy gauge carbon steel. Uses LP Gas. The four tubular legs fold up for transportation and the whole burner unit is pre-assembled for instant use.
