The single pan support can be reversed to either hang over the end of the Classic TG160 barbecue or to sit above the barbecue as a dry Bain-marie. For a single (1/1) 100mm deep gastronorm pan (not supplied) its advantages are that pans can be slid in and out from the side and the entire grilling surface can be cooked on when needed. Fits CLASSIC TG160 model only.
