Heavy duty thermostatically controlled gas griddle with a 20mm thick machined steel plate on an open stand. With three 10.5kW burners using Piezo ignition with flame failure protection.

With a temperature range of 90 to 300 deg C and a safety cut out for overheat, this Griddle can really keep up with the busiest kitchen.
Made with heavy duty use in mind from 2.5mm stainless steel. Easy to clean enamelled control panel and can be sites as a fully modular unit.

Comes with heavy duty legs to the front, castors to the rear and 1 years parts and labour warranty.
